ACTIVITIES 4 ALL

Activities 4 All's aim is to act as a link with the local community and mainstream support service providers in Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent. To build new partnerships in local and organisations to offer disabled people a wide range of exciting and stimulating activities and supporting them to take part.

We have a variety of activities which are developed to stimulate, entertain, educate and provide theraphy to all who take part, our main aim is to ensure enjoyment for all who attend.

Leisure is a key area in paving the way towards full community inclusion and participation and takes on an added significance for disabled people when barriers to fully particate in education and employment results in more leisure time and experiencing greater difficulty accessing liesure services, activities and pastimes.

Working alongside disabled people and carers we have an understanding of the elderly and disabled people taking part. This enables us to deliver  reliable bespoke activities to enhance lifestyles.

We provide a hands on approach to ensure that all those involved are stimulated visually, aurally, mentally and physically.

Our providers are skilled in disciplines including music, theatre, and creative crafts and some of our providers have degrees and access to arts backgrounds. We are able to work together to provide activities for many different abilities and we have a wide range of activities including arts, crafts, music, games and other activities.

Leisure provides a natural building ground for the development of relationships based on common interests; such relationships in the mainstream allows discriminatory and oppresive attitudes to be broken down as natural enjoyment and positive relationships becomed formed.
